Our Review

Sponsored Link:
Talk Talk is a revolutionary broadband offering from the Carphone warehouse giving you free broadband with their phone packages. By buying their £16.39 per month international call package, they will give you free broadband included and £10 credit on your first bill.

The call plans offer extremely good value for money on their own, but when they include free broadband it is an offer that is very difficult to turn down.

Talk Talk started the recent free broadband revolution by offering it free along side their phone packages, these have been extremely popular with customers all over the UK jumping at the chance of getting such a great deal.

Talk Talk's phone packages already offer great value, but once you add in the free broadband they are pretty unbeatable in the market place.

Easy connection and reasonable phone service, but a bit crackly sometimes. The internet service is VERY unreliable , and I have experienced major downtimes, paricularly at evenings and weekends during periods of heavy usage. When the internet can be down for hours- say from 3-30 pm (when the kids back from school?) until late in the evenings when people start going to bed . A great service it seems for those who work through the nights, or who can surf during the day; but not for the short tempered

Maybe it's to do with your area, I have kept a l og of faults and general behaviour for 3 months and at best I would call the service sporadic on most days. On two days I also had phone faults. T_T not suitable for people with short tempers and needing a totally reliable business-like service.

good price plan but very bad with broadband. fact is they advertise that you have 40 Gig allowance but is is restricted they dont allow you to use it once you hit the 5Gig they put restrictions on download and upload. i am not happy because now it takes me ages to email and browse internet. my broadband is a narrow band now worse then a dial-up.
