I am an 17 year old girl. Last year i broke down on my way home from work. I called the RAC and they said they will be no longer than 50 min. I was left waiting in the cold for 4 hours. The next day I became ill because of this. But the man was helpful when they eventually arrived. |

Have been an RAC member for over 20 years & until recently never needed to call them out. This year I have had to call them out twice - both times they let me down badly. Each time continually misleading me about how long they would be - one the first occasion leading to my car being locked in a compound over the weekend & on the second resulting int my 19 year old daughter waiting in a cinema car park alone until 2.30am- despicable! |

The RAC is the second biggest breakdown company in the UK and is a strong competitor with the AA at every level. We are impressed with their use of technology to provide a rapid breakdown service and would not hesitate to recommend the service.
