The Consumer Electronic Show opens tomorrow in Las Vegas, and will be revealing all the new and upcoming gadgets for the future. 140,000 representatives from global technology from all around the world will be attending the show. There are a few predictions of the new technology that will be displayed. In terms of electronics in the future; telephones, TVs, music players and computers will all be able to communicate with each other and will eventually merge into the same appliance. Wireless technology will also become more advance to all connection between High definition TV, DVDs, video and music computer files, games consoles and set top boxes. Information will be able to be moved around and shared between the digital gadgets.

Green technology will also have a big section in the show. This will be an important sector for the future as many government and sales campaigns are geared towards the environment. The future will have many green products that will save consumers money and energy but make big profits for manufacturers. The preview for the show indicated that many power management tools will be on sale, like a gizmo for cars that could reduce fuel consumption by up to 20%. More novelty gadgets will also be on display at the show, including robots that can act as bar men.

Bill Gates from Microsoft will be one of the speakers at show, discussing his ideas for the future of technology. Apple will not be attending the show, they will hold their own event at a later time in San Francisco.
